(Lemon, Jaboticaba, Tangerine, Avocado, Lychee, Mango, Fig, Grapefruit, Longan) You are welcome to the fresh fruit! It has a comfortable office chair and desk to work from home.
Sunset Orchard is on the highly desirable, "dry side" of Waimea. When it does rain, its often a misty rain which creates an abundance of rainbows! Its upcountry location brings warm sunny days and cool, starry nights. It's 5 minutes to Waimea town with the best schools, farmer's markets and restaurants on the island. It's 10 minutes to the main hospital. It's just 15 minutes to some of the best beaches on the island. Everyone loves Waimea!
